ZERO is seeking a charity Manager, Livestream Fundraising to build new revenue resources that will help patients and families in the fight against prostate cancer. The Manager, Livestream Fundraising will be bold in building relationships with content creators and gamers through frequent touchpoints and communications. The chosen candidate will have a positive attitude, passion, excitement, and vision for the positive impact that streaming-based fundraising revenue can have for the prostate cancer cause. This person must be curious, creative, self-driven, accountable, organized, and communicative in building a new community of fundraisers and donors that support ZERO’s mission. This individual should be comfortable working autonomously in an adaptive and emergent environment as well as with volunteers and teammates. The ideal candidate must excel at managing multiple tasks, cross-departmental collaboration, and achieving targets.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruit, steward, and engage content creators and gamers to host streaming fundraisers to benefit ZERO.
- Increase ZERO’s livestream fundraising revenue to $150,000+ in employee’s first year.
- Strategize, organize, and execute streaming and DIY fundraisers and tournaments.
- Create an organizational calendar of streaming activities and opportunities.
- Develop a social engagement strategy for streaming talent in collaboration with ZERO’s Marketing & Communications team.
- Build relationships with content creators across multiple livestream platforms including Tiltify, Twitch, Streamlabs, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Attract and develop corporate partnership opportunities connected to streaming.
- Develop DIY fundraisers and successfully coach volunteers to meet fundraising goals.
- Support and advise on use of livestream fundraising tools and tactics for all of ZERO’s peer-to-peer style fundraising programs including Run/Walks and Grow & Give.
- Track and report progress on revenue and recruitment goals.
- Manage a team of livestream fundraising interns and volunteers.
Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills via phone, video, social media, email, and in-person interactions.
- Strong knowledge base of major livestream platforms such as Tiltify, Twitch, Streamlabs, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Passion for building relationships with content creators, gamers, and the live streaming community.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify opportunities in emergent industry trends and influencers, and harness content creators to build ZERO’s Livestream Fundraising community.
- Demonstrated ability to create strategy, peer-to-peer coaching and stewardship touchpoints, acquisition plans, and to secure commitments and motivate fundraisers to achieve and exceed fundraising goals.
- Exemplify ZERO’s culture of humble, hungry, and smart.
- Experience managing staff, volunteers, or interns.
MInimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a nonprofit setting with peer-to peer fundraising experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with the streaming community, fundraisers, or tournaments is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as computer printer, calculator, and copier.
- Prolonged periods of a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
- The ability to recognize details at close range for extended periods of time.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

This role will report directly to the Director, Donor Relations to support ZERO’s mission to end prostate cancer.
This position is based remotely and candidates may live in any area. While travel is currently limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this position will eventually require nationwide travel approximately 30% of the time representing ZERO at conventions, conferences, and gaming events.
