Development Assistant at Care Dimensions Danvers, MA

Temporary: 24 to 32 hours a week

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and import data related to constituent biographical information and fundraising activities in our donor and prospect databases – The Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online and TeamRaiser – for a constituency that includes prospects, donors, and event registrants.
Troubleshoots routine issues for event registrants and their event web pages.
Routine data reconciliation, cleanup, and data integrity checks.
Produces and/or sends gift acknowledgement letters.
Maintains accurate records in databases.
Serve as an ambassador for Care Dimensions and as a contact for event registrants, prospects and donors, helping to resolve problems, questions, and concerns.
Support team members by providing back up on projects during peak times and vacations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
Must have a strong customer service orientation.
Experience with Data entry
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word including formatting and mail merging
Preference given to those with experience in Raisers Edge, Luminate Online and TeamRaiser
