Coe College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Advancement Data Systems Manager in the Advancement Office. The position works closely with Advancement staff in the overall planning, integration, and administration of the office’s information systems. The manager serves as the lead analyst and administrator for the office’s instance of The Raiser’s Edge NXT to build, deploy, and maintain data information and reports that enhance management and decision-making for the team as it works toward fundraising and engagement objectives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced fundraising professional with extensive knowledge of relational databases, specifically in the areas of reporting, data entry, ex/importing, and general database configuration, security, training, and maintenance.

We are seeking someone with “feet on the ground” NXT experience to take us from simply converted data to fully implementing and leveraging all database and web view have to offer. We need a hero!

Coe College is a small, private liberal arts college located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Approx 1,300 students, 16,000 alumni and 43,000 records in the database. Went live with NXT in March 2021. We'd prefer 100% onsite, but for the right candidate will consider all remote or hybrid arrangements.
