Hiring Range: $40,000 – $50,000

The Better Housing Coalition’s External Affairs department in Richmond, VA is looking for a talented self-starter to join our team full-time as a Fund Development Coordinator. The Fund Development Coordinator will support the team's fundraising efforts to meet the organization’s annual fundraising goals, and provide coordination and support to our stewardship efforts. In this position, you'll be responsible for drafting fundraising materials including acknowledgment letters, seasonal appeals, and presentations. You'll also be the key person responsible for the day-to-day management of our donor database (eTapestry), including entering gifts and maintaining foundation, corporation, and individual records. This position will work in a hybrid remote environment.

The qualified applicant will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Previous experience in fundraising is required, and donor database experience is preferred.
