Suffix and addressee updates on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II (QC -> KC)

As I only remembered today that this was a thing we had to do, if you have constituents with the QC (Queen's Counsel) suffix, they should now be updated to be KC (King's Counsel).

This is mostly for organisations in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada but if you have constituents from those countries, it might be worth checking.
