Why are you attending bbcon?

This was one of the questions on the bbcon bingo card that I didn't see a topic for. There are many reasons why I am attending bbcon. I want to stay current and up-to-date on my knowledge of Blackbaud. Systems are constantly changing and adding new features. People can come together to share their successes and failures and create a positive environment to aid one another.

Hello! So glad you started this post! I also want to keep up with the changes. I am still fairly new to the system as I started my position in January. I work mostly with Education Management and often fond myself troubleshooting for others. Attending bbcon sounds like a great idea for me to get better acquainted with the company and the products.

I'm attending mainly because it's free and virtual - I don't know what sessions I want to attend in particular, so the opportunity to attend any and all sessions so easily is fantastic.

@Barbara Kunkel, I am so excited to attend bbcon again this year for the sessions and the opportunity to meet new people. I know it is virtual, and I pray they bring back the in person, but the network opportunities are the main reason I attend. I like to hear different perspectives of all types of organizations. It is the little things I pick up and implement that make a huge impact on my organization and me as a professional.
