BBCON 22 Day 1 Reflections

I SO enjoyed the sessions I sat in on yesterday and wanted to capture my thoughts before I forgot

Austen's session had so many application examples - like we all know we want to keep the data clean, but thinking thru the importance and looking into tools that can automate this…AWESOME!

I then sat in on the DEAI super session - SO many great ideas/information/perspectives

And Glennon's keynote - I had not heard of her before this conference and now I need to check out her Podcast. I just loved her authenticity - no pretense, just REAL

I'm a lot busier today so will only be able to attend a couple things this morning but I'm looking forward to the next keynote.

Thanks to the organizing team at Blackbaud and all the speakers/people who created these awesome sessions!!

I'm only now catching up with all the bbcon sessions as Monday and Tuesday last week were religious holidays, but watching Catherine LaCour in the Kick-Off and Tech Keynote session talking about how they decided to hold this year's bbcon online and reminded how much I appreciate the fact that this means that I'm (and probably many others) able to attend in the first place!

I don't think I'd be able to get to an in-person bbcon due to cost and other commitments.
