Looking for an experienced Raiser's Edge, NXT, and NetCommunity user to join our Advancement Operations team.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

• General understanding of donor-centric fundraising principles and practices and able to translate that knowledge into data and reporting process and analysis.
• Knowledge of current trends in database management, reporting and analytics best practices, using CASE (Council for the Advancement and Support of Education), AASP (Association of Advancement Services Professionals), APRA (Prospect Research), and AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) professional association guidelines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks effectively with flexibility.
• Ability to be action oriented and demonstrate problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, NXT, NetCommunity, Luminate online or similar CRM and online engagement systems.
• Relevant experience using SQL/relational databases.
• Working knowledge of technical and functional designs for databases, data warehousing and reporting
• Knowledge of Tableau, or similar reporting and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools.
• Ability to work individually and with project teams to implement and integrate hardware and software solutions to support project requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with email marketing, online surveying, and social media platforms.
• Invested in the College’s mission and the work of institutional advancement
• Experience in the areas of higher education, non-profit fundraising, marketing analytics or research preferred.
