Job Duties:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and perform a 2-3 match for expense requests
• Process check requests
• Process employee expense reimbursements and contractor payments
• Reconcile and process credit card bills
• Maintain vendor accounts; including collection of W-9 forms
• Assist in annual 1099 processing
• Assist in month end close process
• Process client requests
• Request appropriate documentation for Accounts Payable as needed
• Serve as back-up for office phones and other customer services duties
• Process mail and weekly overnights to other offices
• Responsible for filing and maintenance of accounts payable records
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years in Accounts Payable
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge Preferred
• Detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of accounting principles required
• Knowledge of GAAP policies and procedures
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required to deal with a diversity of projects and fast-paced environment
