Email Communications by Scope

Hi!

We are working on finalizing communications for our BBAM implementation. We are finding a roadblock in sending “disbursed award” emails to students selected from different scopes, i.e. one from the college of liberal arts and sciences and one from school of business. Any solutions to customize communications for students awarded in specific scopes?

Hi Carrie,

Unfortunately, we can only customize the in-system offer on the opportunity level. The site-level message templates are one-size-fits-all. Our financial aid office has a message generated through Banner when a disbursement is awarded, but it's as general as the BBAM option.
