Modifying recurring gifts
When I last researched JustGiving, I was told that users did not have a way to modify or cancel their recurring gifts. They would need to contact our org in order to change the amount of the recurring gift, and if they wanted to stop a gift they would need to contact us or their bank.
That was three years ago, so I wondered if that has changed yet. I know BBMS has a nice donor portal that gives the donor easy control of all of those sorts of functions. Does JustGiving have something similar now? Or does modifying a recurring gift still involve contacting someone?
