Fund Disbursement API for Peoplesoft Schools

I was wondering if there were any institutions that have used/ are using the Fund Disbursement API in BB AM? We are interested in learning how it works, as well as any challenges/limitations you may have experienced? Please let me know if you are willing to meet and discuss!

Hi - wondering if either of you on this thread were able to successfully implement Funds Disbursement API with Oracle Peoplesoft?

We would like to use the function to move any/all award updates or changes made in Peoplesoft (system of record) to BAM. One of the Blackbaud support staff gave us the idea that all awards could be manually entered for $1 in BAM and then the API could be run nightly to update/correct these to the actual awarded amounts in Peoplesoft, or adjust them should they be changed. Most of our BAM entry is manual, so we would very much like to move towards a more automated / regular process to get award data from Peoplesoft into BAM.

If you or anyone reading this is familiar with the process in Oracle Peoplesoft, I'd love to either get your take and/or connect our developer with someone who can walk us through the steps to set this up.

@Dennis W Moore I'm interested in this as well! PeopleSoft school here too. I would very much like to move to a more automated process in BAM as well. anyone interested in connecting on a Teams/Zoom call in the near future?
