Vegan Restaurant Recommendations in Denver

Does anyone have any can't miss recommendations? Especially doughnuts!!!! I imagine there will be a lot of great places to choose from, but would love to hear your ideas!

I've only been to two, not that we have a lot. Water Course and City O' City are both excellent! They are owned by the same people but have different menus'. Both are walkable from the Convention Center, but City O' is a bit closer and in my opinion, in a more fun neighborhood. Google them for walking estimates. Uber rides should be pretty inexpensive. If you walk to City O' City, you can go through the Cultural District which has 3 art museums and a couple other museums, plus the library. The state capital building is on the way too.

@Amy Barker I don't have recommendations exactly, but I have also been looking at vegan options and the ones I've flagged are Watercourse Foods and Bang Up to the Elephant (all vegan) as well as Mellow Mushroom and Cava (vegan options).
