? Who's cooking turkey this week? I'm a little sad that my dining room table won't be filled with my whole family (23 total), but then a little relieved that I'll have the whole pumpkin pie ?to myself ? Well… I am running a 5K turkey trot community race in the morning.

    We are cooking this year!! We smoke a turkey outside and also have one roasting inside. We start our morning off with a huge family breakfast. Just really looking forward to family time and relaxing. We sort of have an open house, so even if your not eating with us, others can visit and head to their dinners or come for dessert.

    @Jennifer Kluh , I like the open house idea. We usually have a bunch of college boys come over for football and desserts! Have a wonderful holiday. ?

    @Kim MartinezWard, we had husband's family over Saturday. To make my life way more simple, I made a huge pot of hearty chili and the family brought desserts. (Corn bread never made it. When people don't wake up until almost noon and it starts at noon, it doesn't get done. And they show up two hours late! LOL)
