Database & Stewardship Manager

Walsh Jesuit High School is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the Advancement Department database and assist in donor stewardship. This is a full-time, in-person, 12-month position, and responsibilities entail creating and maintaining an effective infrastructure to support the prospect management, gift processing, and database needs of the Advancement Department. Specific responsibilities include management of the Raiser’s Edge donor database, recording and acknowledging of gifts and pledges, report preparation, and assisting with events to support and further the school’s mission of developing young men and women for others.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency with development or CRM software, Excel and Word is also required. Prior experience working with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge is a plus. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, communicate clearly and effectively, and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is also important for this role.
