Bobby Steurer

I'm a Louisville, KY-based database manager for a large healthcare organization. I have a decade+ experience working in Raiser's Edge, and I'm currently learning more about Microsoft's Power platform and data science on the side. I've spent the past four years delving into prospect research and donor analytics, playing a role in raising nearly $150M during the silent phase of a $200M capital campaign (ending in 2026). I'm eager to explore innovative tech for donor engagement, especially for monthly giving programs. I'm seeking a role with a forward-thinking team that isn't afraid to try new things in the interest of serving the mission. I'm open to a remote or hybrid position, and would consider relocation for the right opportunity.
