Possible BAM outage?
Did anyone else experience an outage last night? Our students could not access the award platform around 11pm mountain standard time last night (Jan 31, 2024). We are trying to determine how long the outage lasted for. We had a few awards closing that all required references as part of the application.

Oh, no @Alanna Shockley! We're sorry to hear that. I checked in with our development team & they took a look at the logs behind the scenes. There is no evidence pointing to a system outage or downtime during this time frame.
