Associate Director Donor Relations (Reporting)

The Associate Director, Donor Relations (Reporting) plays a key role in highlighting the impact donors have on the work of talented faculty at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The Associate Director manages the reporting program for the Hospital’s most generous donors, creating compelling stewardship reports that (1) update major and principal gift donors on the impact of their philanthropy, (2) help inspire them to sustain and increase their support of the Hospital, and (3) fulfill reporting requirements to donors per the terms of their gifts. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a mastery in gathering and representing content for several reporting formats, including paper and PDF, video, web, and live presentation formats, as well as expertise in science writing and translating complicated ideas into accessible prose. Through program design, day-to-day management and execution, the Associate Director implements the latest stewardship reporting strategies to ensure an impactful, unique, engaging donor experience.
