About Us

Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join our dynamic Technology Department. This role is crucial in optimizing our CRM system to enhance data management, operational efficiency, and support our mission of promoting a culture of technology integration within the art world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM system optimization, focusing on data accuracy and system integration.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies, particularly integrating MailChimp for email communications.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support CRM usage and data-driven decision-making.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in CRM system management, preferably with Blackbaud and Altru.
• Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to security and privacy standards.
  

Preferred:

• Certifications in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Blackbaud) and experience with Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
