The Latin School of Chicago is hiring a full-time Development Operations Manager located in Chicago, Illinois.

The Development Operations Manager serves as the Development office data lead, supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven office. This includes working closely with the Director of Philanthropic Strategy to proactively monitor and maintain departmental giving channels and ensure all digital systems are functioning optimally. The Manager will lead departmental utilization of the Raiser’s Edge database including data import/export, training and guidance to team members, and creating and maintaining documentation. This role is responsible for all aspects of gift and pledge management ensuring accurate processing and organized record keeping. In partnership with the Director of Philanthropic Strategy this person will oversee operational projects including: annual database rollover; annual endowment reporting; fundraising and financial reporting; prospect research; and portfolio management. Success is determined by attention to detail, knowledge of institutional fundraising policies, accuracy, and efficiency in database use and customer service.
