JG Voluntary contribution

Does anyone else have objections to the voluntary contribution that JG are asking for when making a donation to a fundraising page? We have noticed that on a mobile donors are unable to enter this as zero and the minimum they can give is £2.00. has anyone else had this issue?

Considering the profits that Blackbaud make as a parent company and the fact that we as a charity already pay a monthly fee I find this very misleading with the statement that goes to donors.

Agreed! Also, because of the fees to JG, if a donor makes the additional gift to cover fees, we still end up getting less than the original gift. Very misleading.
