Reviewers without a Mobile phone cannot set up a BB ID Account....

Anyone else have this issue? I was on Chat with Charles then Mikail and it was overall a positive experience. They tried their best to help me but ultimately, I was told that someone who is a Library Administrator cannot Review his scholarships any longer because he has no way to receive the 2-step authentication without a mobile phone. UGH!

This is a (scary) common issue on our campus. The way we worked around it is to have the student purchase a “YubiKey” from our bookstore. It is a USB thumb drive type device that acts as the second factor. I'm not sure if Blackbaud has an option of doing something similar though.

@Bonnie Clark Hanson Hi Bonnie! I saw your post and was able to chat into a Blackbaud support associate who directed me to this resource: Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) (blackbaud.com). If you scroll down a bit on the page, you'll see a drop down for an option for no mobile phone required. I hope that helps!
