The Director collaborates with the Fundraising and Finance teams, initiates and manages projects to strengthen internal operations with an eye toward operational efficiency and positive donor experience, develops achievable service level agreements and identifies key performance indicators for ongoing analysis. An ideal candidate will have excellent change management skills and think beyond existing procedures and policies to resolve problems that are often non-conforming and without clear precedent.
