Do you have experience working within Raiser's Edge Database and NXT and want an opportunity to grow professionally?

We are looking for a collaborative Advancement professional to act as the primary manager of the Advancement CRM (Raiser’s Edge) to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all Advancement fundraising and prospect management by creating, improving, and implementing best practices, new policies, and processes.

This position offers the opportunity to directly supervise the gift management and constituent records specialist along with the prospect research and management specialist. Key individual responsibilities of this role include coordinating and producing all reports requested by colleagues from Advancement, University, and Chancellor’s Office; while ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.

The hiring range is $95,000- $105,000 annually with amazing benefits within the CSU system.
