What You’ll Do:
- Raiser’s Edge Donor Software and/or increase your competency
- Process donations, invoice for pledges, and assist with gift acknowledgement
- Assist in maintaining and updating solicitor lists, and creating and distributing gift status reports
- Maintain data integrity of Raiser’s Edge
- Assist donors with online donations and answer donor questions
- Create and run reports
- Maintain inventory of fundraising materials
- Assist in preparation for, and attend and participate in annual fundraisers
- Make thank you calls to donors on behalf of the organization
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in nonprofits a plus
- Background/experience with customer service
- Proficient knowledge of Word, spreadsheets, database software, and internet
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as a team and with all types of personalities
- Valid driver’s license, and/or daily access to an automobile in working condition or adequate alternative transportation
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
