What You’ll Do:

  • Raiser’s Edge Donor Software and/or increase your competency
  • Process donations, invoice for pledges, and assist with gift acknowledgement
  • Assist in maintaining and updating solicitor lists, and creating and distributing gift status reports
  • Maintain data integrity of Raiser’s Edge
  • Assist donors with online donations and answer donor questions
  • Create and run reports
  • Maintain inventory of fundraising materials
  • Assist in preparation for, and attend and participate in annual fundraisers
  • Make thank you calls to donors on behalf of the organization

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in nonprofits a plus
  • Background/experience with customer service
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, spreadsheets, database software, and internet
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work as a team and with all types of personalities
  • Valid driver’s license, and/or daily access to an automobile in working condition or adequate alternative transportation
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
