Jupiter Medical Center Foundation is hiring! We are expanding our data team and looking to engage an individual to process gifts, assist with data entry, and grown the analytics team.

Salary: Starting $65,000 - range based off experience.

Job Description:

The Senior Advancement Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Data Analytics and Prospect Development, works directly with the Foundation Development team and performs a broad range of responsibilities supporting fundraising activities and operations.

• Be proficient in Raiser’s Edge and RENXT to enter gifts from annual appeals and various events error-free and with consistency.
• Knowledge of biographical data entry and address standards and can assist with database maintenance and integrity.
• Prepare and mail appropriate correspondence and thank you letters.
• Update and maintain donor society levels in Raiser’s Edge and the STAR databases.
• Process honor/memorial gifts prepare thank you letters and donor acknowledgement cards.
• Process donor membership cards ensuring donor level is appropriate and accurate.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Keen attention to detail, professional writing style, consistency and ability to produce error-free communications.
• Attend Annual Donor meetings in order to stay current on progress.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate and precise results under tight deadlines.
• Must have detail-oriented focus and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
