I am wondering if anyone knows when we will be able to build our agenda. I am trying to plan out my week. I was only able to successfully select my courses for Monday's BBU day.

Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. I'd like to be able to print it out and give a copy to my boss so she can see which classes I signed up for.

@Jolynn Uyehara Unfortunately, I don't have any really great help to offer, other than agreeing that the website is unhelpful. It was the same way last year. With the agenda builder in the website really not being a practical tool, I ended up just pulling all the data out into a spreadsheet for myself (both last year and this year).

In pre-pandemic days, Blackbaud used to offer an app for the conference, which was EXCELLENT. It's unfortunate they decided to drop that offering. If anyone from Blackbaud is listening… please bring back the app!!! Pretty please!

@Crystal Bruce Hi Crystal. I managed to finish my agenda but it wasn't fun. ? I don't know if it's just me (my computer) but it wasn't giving me the correct days when I would filter for each day. Then when I selected a course, it would refresh the page and go back to another page and not the day I was originally looking at. So I would need to refresh my entire screen, click the day and product again and start over to look for the next set of classes.

And there isn't an efficient way to print out your agenda once you are done so you have something to follow throughout your day. I had to create my own agenda in a word doc to print and bring with me. If anyone can suggest otherwise, that would be great!

@Jolynn Uyehara I also like to print it out and there is no way except to print 10 pages.

@Beth Broomall Hi Beth, from what others have been sharing, unfortunately there is no simple way to print out your agenda. ?I had to manually create and type out all the information into a google doc so that I can have easy access to it on my phone. For your own personal use, I think that's the best option for now.

@Jolynn Uyehara - Also came here to post about the app. Search for ‘bbcon 2024’ in your app store (Apple or Android). Building your agenda within the app is exponentially easier - cannot express how much better it is.

It does not appear the App has a chat channel though, so I recommend joining the unofficial bbcon Slack channel if you haven't already. Lots of great conversations already happening over there:

@Tania Yannarilli - That is very weird, as the channel is open. I'm going to DM you, if you can send me your email, I can send you a direct invite from the channel.

Alternatively, try the link on your phone (with wifi off if you're at work).
