Academic Scheduler Needed - Miami Country Day School

This in-person role is an integral part of the Applications and Data Solutions team and will take the lead, with their scheduling partner, to manage all scheduling-related functions for our K-12 school. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage scheduling meetings in collaboration with academic offices
• Develop the scheduling timeline, protocols and procedures
• Set up course configurations and offerings
• Build out the course request process
• Generate the master and student schedules
• Identify internal and external reporting needs
• Create a scheduling communications plan
• Input daily schedule outlines and rotations for blocks and tracks
• Conduct training for individual and group audiences; students, parents, faculty/staff
• Ability to create technical and user documentation and instructional videos for training purposes
• Assist Registrar with grading, records and data integrity standards
