I am searching for an experienced Assistant/Associate Director for our Advancement Services team. As a subject matter expert, this leadership role will manage and oversee all aspects of our fundraising database, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and the NXT platform, among other vital responsibilities.

Assistant Director, Advancement Services - Pay Grade: 18 - Minimum $57,300 - Midpoint $74,500 - Maximum $91,700

Associate Director, Advancement Services - Pay Grade: 19 - Minimum $66,000 - Midpoint $85,700 - Maximum $105,600
