Donor Login Instructions
I'm looking for some simple step-by-step login instructions for donors to follow the first time they log in to their portal. Has anyone written anything like that to disseminate en masse to their donors? Thanks!

We created BBSM instructions for creating donor account.docx two years ago to send to donors to help them navigate the portal the first time they signed in. In responding to your question I have realized that we have been so consumed with ensuring the scholarship donors/representatives that utilize our portal (about 10%) can navigate the new two-factor authentication process that Blackbaud added - TWICE by the way - that I have been mainly forwarding the longer attached document SM directions for donors MFA 2.docx that just gets them signed in, and forgetting to help them navigate the portal. I think I may now need to combine them
