Post-Acceptance after "Awarded" Status

Is there a way to still collect post-acceptance after the status has been moved into “Awarded”?

@Klysicia Young, in the past I have had to change the status back to requested to re-open post acceptance to the student.

@Klysicia Young What I've done is added a custom Renewal Management & Post Acceptance Category instead of reverting to drafted. I believe that reverting can automatically send an email, and since I usually don't do this without discussion with the applicant first, I don't want to send a system email. I mainly use this for applicants in our Career and Technical programs that go year round, as students can't register for fall until their summer classes are done and grades are in. I use a Custom Category called “HOLD - registration not complete”. I can then move from “Submitted” to the HOLD, or backwards after Awarded. Just remember to change the Post Acceptance End Date on the Opportunity that you're holding the Post Acceptance open for, or the applicant still won't be able to change/update their post-app.
