Full-time Raiser's Edge DBV and NXT professional with 13 years of experience working in the legal, healthcare, and higher education sectors. I am passionate about developing systems that save critical staff resources and time, leveraging all aspects of the CRM to drive fundraising and engagement success.

Recent efforts include:

  • Transitioning donor acknowledgment processes from Microsoft Word to Red Arc Letterbox
  • Development/deployment of Fundraising Performance Management platform
  • IOM Cloud onboarding, development of RE to Luminate online data sync
  • Historical data conversion for partner institution, MEMSYS to Raiser's Edge - majority of work included complex data validation
  • Development of new data import processes that emphasize new data capture and decrease need for manual gift and constituent updates
  • Expansion of NXT Dashboard, Power Automate, and other automated RE-based reporting (daily gift digests, donor category giving summaries, etc.)

I am currently seeking a remote contract/part-time role (15-20 hours/week) assisting Raiser's Edge users with everything from query and exports to automated reporting.
