Market Director - Foundation - Central IL
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Market Director-Foundation to join out team. The Market Director-Foundation leads all assigned market fundraising functions on behalf of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation (HSSFF). Plans and executes all market strategies to accomplish annual goals through the management of major gift functions, annual giving programs and a yearly calendar of events. Develops an overall plan and direction for major donor activities with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals, specific action steps and deliverables, and a process for monitoring and evaluating the success of the major gifts program. Accountable leader in partnership with Market CEO/COO and Ministry CAOs in order to define and affirm market fundraising campaigns and fundraising priorities. Manages entire market-Foundation team to achieve annual expectations.
