Centralized Scholarship Awarding

I'm looking to connect with anyone using Blackbaud AM who has transitioned from a decentralized scholarship awarding campus, where each academic college/dept. is awarding their own scholarships, to centralized awarding, where a central scholarship or financial aid office is awarding/selecting the majority of scholarship recipients for the campus. If anyone has been through this process and would be willing to chat or answer some questions, I would be grateful!

Our campus has been utilizing AM for 3 years. Each department still has their own committees and a committee chair, but all awards come through our office for awarding purposes. I'm happy to discuss how we have utilized the system. amcdonald@astate.edu
