@Dariel Dixon Ha! I hadn't considered that his presence has probably dwindled since my early days of training. It was a great starter record. I wish I could remember the names of some of the instructors from the trainings I took 10+ years ago. They were really good!
I promise you, we still use Robert Hernandez here and there in our BBU trainings.

@Bobby Steurer wasn't there a Where's Waldo-type search for him at the virtual bbcon 2022? I seem to recall needing to be looking for Robert Hernandez and I was still fairly green with things and hadn't completely connected that to the infamous constituent record.

I recall the honor of being nominated for the award. My boss at the time made such a big deal of it!
My favourite memory is actually a recent one, whereby I looked more closely at the "You can pry database view from my cold, dead hands" and realized it's actually Robert Hernandez's login. I was absolutely tickled and the layered joke within the joke I've loved for years.
