  1. UGA Integrated E-mail Editor with BEE - Greg Harmelink, UGA (25 min)

BEE is an easy to use email editor which can be incorporated directly into Blackbaud CRM and look like a part of the application. Once emails are created, they can be utilized within the Direct Marketing or Events modules directly. In addition, templates can be created to facilitate a consistent look among the various units on campus. We implemented this solution in February of 2017 and have seen an increase in using the CRM system for emails due to its ease of use.

  1. Evertrue implementation and lessons-learned at BU - Elie Sirotta and Patrick Hewett, BU (25 min)

BU will present about their experience, lessons-learned, and the value of their Evertrue implementation. Elie Sirotta, Associate Director of Applications, will be joined by Patrick Hewett, Director of Leadership Gifts, to share their experiences and vision for using Evertrue at Boston University. They will present on the application and value of using Everture’s query tool (as an alternate to Blackbaud Enterprise CRM ad-hoc query), trip planning, LinkedIn and Facebook social media integration, and the Alumni-community-facing application. They will also describe the simple data interface with Blackbaud Enterprise CRM as well as the challenges presented by the platform.
