  • Event Regrets - To offer a way for invitees to send regrets through online event registration forms, the University of Georgia has created a custom RSVP form that can be placed on any event registration page. It has the ability to autofill an invitee’s contact information and, when submitted, marks invitations as declined directly in CRM. It can optionally be configured to send a staff email notification upon submission. The customization also creates records of each RSVP submission that can be viewed directly on event pages in CRM.
