3. Customer Presentation – Dan Bourg, World Wildlife Fund

Dan Bourg from World Wildlife Fund and Trevor Kelly from Blackbaud will discuss how World Wildlife Fund leads the industry in sustained giving using Blackbaud CRM’s marketing tools.

4. Customer Presentation – Angie Theaker, The Ohio State University

University Event Calendar – Using BBEC and BBIS, The Ohio State University has created a university wide calendar.

5. Customer Presentation – Dwight Dozier, Georgia Tech

Blackbaud CRM implementation experience. Georgia Tech is going live the end of March with the CRM Cloud Azure. This will be a customer view of what worked for them.
