Our Q2 2018 meeting is less than a month away on May 8, 2018.  As a reminder we will be meeting in person at the Nature Conservancy in Arlington, VA as well as via conference call.  The following draft agenda is shaping up to be productive time together.  Please confirm with Anju if you will be attending in Person or conference call.

We need your assistance with the Community Sharing portion of the agenda.  The organization that was slotted to present is unable to attend due to other pressing priorities.  We are looking for any organizations wishing to share an innovative use or customization of BBCRM that could be of value to the other PAG member organization.  Please send Anju and I an email if you have a topic and are willing to present.

 

Unfortunately, I must also announce that Marla Davidson of Habitat for Humanity had to step down as our co-chair of the BBCRM PAG.  Marla’s efforts and energy led to the formation of this PAG and building this community of leading organizations that utilize BBCRM.  I am very grateful for all of Marla’s efforts and she will be missed greatly in her leadership role of this group.  Please join me in thanking Marla for all of her efforts with this group. 

 

With Marla stepping down, we are in the need of a new co-chair.  Our charter calls for the following in a co-chair:

• Client Board Co-Chair

o   Define and validate meeting agendas

o   Oversee regular/standing agenda topics

o   Collect member interests and suggestions for agenda items

o   Identify members and/or outside experts to address agenda topics

• Co-lead and facilitate meetings

o   Provide logistical support when/where appropriate

o   Assign or solicit volunteers for note taking, action items, and time monitoring at each meeting

o   Adjust agendas as needed

• Provide annual review and recommendations of the membership body
• Collect members’ responses to queries from the Blackbaud Product Development teams and present a consolidated response within the identified timeframe
• Identifying sub-committee chairs where necessary
• Coordinate with other Advisory Groups and other vertical markets
• Serve a two-year term (minimum)
