LO/CRM Connector Update From Blackbaud
During our Q4 call, Samantha Logan from Blackbaud provided us an update on the status of the LO / CRM connector and its future 4.0 version. She followed up to Jennifer Borri and myself with an update outlining some of the information as well as next steps. Instead of translating the information, I asked for her permission to just post her email that follows.

Hi Jennifer
Thanks for your time today to discuss the PAG white paper. I’m sending this as an update on where we are with the white paper currently.
The Q4 release of the LO/CRM Connector will be Version 2.10. It will be released this week. The update below assumes that version when I refer to current release.
I sent you a meeting invite to start to discuss the open questions with Evan, our developer. We will start with #8 as that is the one that he started work on during our last sprint.
Jon, Jennifer let me know that Blackbaud typically send updates on sub-committee white papers to the PAG after 30 days, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. I’ll work with Anju to provide another update before the next CRM PAG meeting. The information above is the same as the information I shared on the call last week with the PAG priority numbers added.
