SKY Reporting™ - Quick Tip For Saving A View

When reviewing dashboard metrics in Analysis, you can use filters to include only records that meet specific criteria. For frequently-used filter selections, we recommend you save their view for your personal reuse.


Follow these steps to quickly save a view:

 
  1. In Analysis, select the filters to apply to a dashboard.
  2. Select Unsaved View, Save current view.
  3. To help identify the filter settings, enter a name for the view.
  4. Choose which filters to include in the saved view. Any filters you don't include in the saved view will use their default values, and filters that are set to “All” or “no value” aren't included.
  5. Select Save (saved views are for your own personal use and don't appear for others at your organization).
Tip: To apply a saved view to a dashboard, select it from the view menu.
