We are pleased to announce general availability of the bank feeds and bank reconciliation features!

Bank feeds- a new feature only available in Financial Edge NXT- is a time-saving feature designed to help you:

 
·        Maintain accurate, up-to-date cash balances
·        Review and match transactions
·        Clear transactions daily in preparation for reconciliation

Use bank feeds to connect your online bank accounts to your Financial Edge NXT bank accounts. Once you link accounts, you can automatically download and match transactions from your online bank accounts to transactions in Financial Edge NXT.

Bank reconciliation- with new improvements based on feedback during the EAP- ensures your accounts start balanced and stay balanced. You can now conveniently reconcile your bank account's register with your bank account statement from these areas:

 
·        A bank account record
·        A bank register
·        An online bank account that is linked to a Financial Edge NXT bank account (when you enable bank feeds)

From the new Reconcile page, you can specify a statement date and ending balance, select to reconcile manually or with bank feeds, and match and clear transaction. Learn more
