Hello Financial Edge NXT users! Late last year we sent out a survey asking about your overall experience using Financial Edge NXT. We had approximately 184 responses representing 115 different organizations.


Your feedback led to several product enhancements and changes across the Financial Edge NXT experience, including:

 

Feature enhancements:

• SKY Reporting
• Printing Checks
• Bank Feeds
• Bank Reconciliation
• Chart Organizer
• Subledger Posting
• Journal Entry Excel Add-in
• Fiscal Years
• Performance Enhancements 

Help and training enhancements:

• Updated existing Blackbaud University courses to add fresh content and hands-on learning.
• Revamped our Assistance and Resources page to focus more on getting started with Financial Edge NXT.
• Made Support and Training information easier to find on the Assistance and Resources page. 
• Updated our Welcome email to include links to the Assistance and Resources page and Support.
