This release of Financial Edge NXT includes several new updates. Based on user feedback from BBCON 2017, we made a few enhancements to the Payables Analysis area in SKY Reporting. The On hold payment status now appears in the following locations:

• As a Payment status filter on the Payables dashboard.
• In the Invoices by payment status and Unpaid invoices reports on the Payables dashboard.
• When you select to view metric details in the New invoices report on the Metrics dashboard.

Budgets (Beta)

We also made enhancements to the recently released Budgets functionality. When you view a scenario list, View options now appears in the action bar. By default, data in the list uses the same standard font size and row spacing as other lists in Financial Edge NXT. To reduce font size and minimize row space, select Compact. After you save the option, the compact view displays additional data in the list to help reduce your need to scroll. For more information about Budgets, see Budgets (Beta).

Keep in mind, Budgets is currently view-only. We will release new features such as the ability to add, delete, and finalize budgets in the web view in upcoming releases. To provide feedback for budgets in the web view, let us know what you think in the Community.

 

Also, the Success panel in the Budget Creator Excel Add-in now includes a link to open your new budget in the web view. Previously, this link opened the budget in the database view. For more information, see the Budget Creator Excel Add-In help topic.
