Add Invoices in Financial Edge NXT

As you enter invoices in Financial Edge NXT web view, be sure to take advantage of all the time saving enhancements available to you. 


For example, the Copy previous invoice feature is a great way to speed up data entry when adding invoices. This feature is especially helpful if you create a lot of similar invoices for a vendor. For more information about this feature, see the Copy previous invoice help topic, or this short How-to video.


You can also save time by using keyboard shortcuts in the date fields, and when making drop-down menu selections. And you can use TAB on your keyboard to quickly move from one field to another as you enter information on the Add an invoice screen. 

Invoice attachments

And just a reminder, you can add attachments to invoices in the web view!  For example, if you want to attach the original invoice, you can do that now from the Add invoice screen.
