2018 Financial Edge NXT Usability Survey

Hello Financial Edge NXT users! Late last year we sent out a survey asking about your overall experience using Financial Edge NXT. We value and appreciate your input and would like to again solicit your thoughts. 


Last year we had approximately 231 responses representing 191 different organizations. Your feedback led to more product discovery and several product enhancements. It also reaffirmed our commitment to completing the web view experience as quickly as possible, so that you can spend less time in database view. 


Here are some of the other changes and enhancements and we made based on your feedback:

Feature enhancements:

• New Financial Edge NXT Homepage!
• Improved Add invoices experience 

Support and training enhancements: 

• Added access to training on the Homepage
• Introduced the Financial Edge NXT Fundamentals Certification 
• Five new or updated Financial Edge NXT classes:
• Financial Edge NXT: Audience Focused Financial Statements 
• Financial Edge NXT: Audit Proofing Your Organization 
• Financial Edge NXT: Fundamentals, General Ledger, and Payables in web view 
• Financial Edge NXT: Reconciliation and Control Reports 
• Financial Edge NXT: Processing Payables 
• Two new eLearning options: 
• Financial Edge NXT: Basics of Cash Receipts  
• Financial Edge NXT: Basics of Financial NXT
