This release of Financial Edge NXT includes several new features and enhancements. 


Starting with Fixed assets, you can now add custom fields and alerts to your asset records. This is helpful when you want to add additional information or reminders to a record. For more information, see Asset Record. 


Expense management

You can now enable out of office forwarding in Expense management. When you enable out of office forwarding, you then select who to forward invoice requests and credit card charges to when you are out of the office.


To enable out of office forwarding, mark Turn on out of office forwarding on the Edit user defaults screen. Keep in mind, out of office forwarding is available only if the user is a designated approver. For more information, see Edit User Defaults.
