The latest release of Financial Edge NXT includes an enhancement in Expense management that will save you time when submitting credit card charges and invoice requests for approval.


When you select an expense category, you can now easily view and edit all the associated GL distribution information, including the full account number, without leaving the page.  This is helpful for those who need to see the full GL account number, or quickly edit distribution information. 

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) 

Our EFT Early Adopter Program (EAP) is in progress! If you are a part of this EAP, you can now pay invoices using an electronic funds transfer (EFT) file.


EFTs allow you to exchange money electronically instead of using checks or wire transfers, providing cost savings and convenience. To pay invoices using an EFT file, simply select Download EFT file from the Pay invoices tile on the bank account record.


Once the EAP is complete, we will release the EFT feature to everyone.
