This week’s release of Financial Edge NXT includes several new features and enhancements. Let’s start with Fixed assets.


Depreciation is calculated on assets for a certain period of time to reflect their decreased value. You can now calculate depreciation from the Assets list page under Fixed assets.

Expense management enhancements

When you submit credit card charges and invoice requests for approval Expense management, you can now save your work and return later to complete, using the new Save Draft button at the bottom of the page. 


The status of a saved draft is "Open," and you can access saved drafts from the Expense management page. For more information, see Invoice requests.


We also added the My settings tile to the Expense management page. Under My settings, you can specify default information, such as notifications, approval rules, and distribution information. For more information, Edit Settings.

Receivables (EAP)

Receivables is currently in our Early Adopters Program (EAP), and available to a limited group of customers. During this time, we are reviewing and implementing participant feedback in preparation for a wider release.
