Financial Edge Family

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting over 2019 and there is a single word that continuously comes to my mind: Family.


I find the term to be very ambiguous. Family would be my folks, my brother, sister-in-law, dog, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. But I would also describe my closest friends as my family. I also believe that family and community can often be used synonymously, and in that regard, I consider all of us Financial Edge users and those who work in the nonprofit industry a family.  


Every family I have the honor to be a part of has played such an important role for me in 2019 and I am truly blessed to be included in the amazing family we have here in Financial Edge as well as the nonprofit world. 


Being in a family means supporting one another. You’re successes are mine and vice-versa. As a part of the Customer Success team here at Blackbaud, I look forward to witnessing your successes and even playing a part in them. Myself and my partner here in Customer Success, Jennipher Noble, have a lot of great plans for you in 2020 to help with your success. Take a look at this page to get a taste of what’s been going on the past few months, but know there is much more coming in the New Year.   


As the year comes to a close, I hope you take a few moments to think about the positive impact you have had on your family (whoever/whatever that might be) this past year. I know you have made such a fantastic difference and the world is a better place because of it.


Wherever life takes your in 2020, I sincerely wish you all a truly wonderful, successful and joyous New Year.
